As a little girl growing up, my mum and dad have always had a tradition on Bonfire Night. Every year as a family we would get our wellies and hats on because in England in November you need them! We would walk up to the complex next to a train station and see the public firework display and huge bonfire they would light up. There would be food and rides for all the children as well. It was an amazing tradition growing up.
So ever since Ellis was born I wanted to continue this tradition with him. So this year we did it a little different as we have moved away. So we decided that we would find the local one and on the 5th November we went to with Nathan's mum to see them. There wasn't a huge bonfire light up but we did see loads of huge fire that other people were having in there gardens.
I love creating or continuing traditions that bring back so many childhood memories for me. Do you celebrate bonfire night? or are you not one for the cold?
